The free audit

The AI search audit is free, with no obligation. It samples answers from AI search services at a point in time; AI answers vary by user and session, so your numbers are an honest measurement, not a permanent ranking. Reports are generated with AI assistance. Don't use the audit on websites you don't own or represent.

Paid plans

Plans are monthly subscriptions plus a one-time setup fee where listed. Billing details, the exact scope for your business, and your start date are agreed on your kickoff call before any charge is made. Setup begins after the first payment. Monthly deliverables are those listed on the pricing page for your plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel any plan at any time, effective at the end of the paid period. There are no long-term contracts. Your website runs on our infrastructure as part of the service, so it stays live while your plan is active. If you cancel, we provide all your content (pages, text, images, videos, reviews) and reasonable help pointing your domain elsewhere. Your domain always belongs to you.

The guarantee

"Positive movement in your AI visibility within 60 days or the next month is free" means: we re-run your audit with the same questions and methodology 60 days after your site goes live. If your overall visibility score has not improved at all versus your baseline audit, your next month is free. It is not a guarantee of any specific ranking, placement, or revenue — nobody can honestly promise those.

What we're not responsible for

AI search services change constantly and are outside our control. We measure honestly and do the work listed; we cannot guarantee how any third-party AI service will answer any specific question on any specific day.

Refunds

Setup fees cover work performed and are non-refundable once the build starts. Monthly fees stop when you cancel. If we ever drop the ball on a deliverable, tell us — we'd rather fix it or credit it than argue about it.
