What we collect

When you run a free audit we collect: your website address, your description of what the business sells, competitor names you enter, your first name and email if you provide them, and standard campaign parameters (such as which ad or email brought you here). When you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly under their own privacy policy.

What we do with it

We use your website and business description to run the audit: we send unbranded buyer questions to ChatGPT (via OpenAI), Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews (collected through SerpApi, a search-results service), then analyze the answers. The report text is drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by us. Your email is used to send you your report — and nothing else, unless you reply or book a call. Report emails are sent through Brevo, our email provider. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to lists you didn't ask for.

Who can see your audit

Your report lives at a private, unguessable link. It is not listed, indexed, or shared. The only people who can see it are you (and anyone you give the link to) and our team.

Where it lives and how long

Audit data is stored with our hosting provider, Netlify. We keep reports so you can return to them, and so we can compare results over time if you become a client. If you want an audit deleted, email contact@bluefx.net with the website address and we'll remove it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email is enough: contact@bluefx.net. Every email we send includes a way to stop receiving more.

Cookies

The site works without tracking cookies. If we add analytics, it will be privacy-respecting and this page will say so.
